Our latest new features in RegFox will blow your socks off!

Exciting updates to RegFox are here, with improved badge printing, dynamic text messaging, and Engage app enhancements to streamline your event management.

Hold onto your hats, because today's latest feature release is turning heads and making dreams come true. Today we're sharing massive updates to our on-site badge printing, text messaging platform, and our attendee app.

Let’s dive into these 4 big feature enhancements!

1: Print Badges Wirelessly from the Checkin App

On-site badge printing just got a whole lot better with thanks to a big update to our check-in app that integrates now wirelessly to Zebra badge printers. When you check attendees in using our iOS check-in app, you can now print their badge straight from the app. And they are not some generic badges that look lame, the badges you're printing are beautiful, custom ones, designed by you with our amazing badge designer. Printing badges on demand from the check-in app helps you streamline check-in to be smoother and faster. We're working on a self-checkin and self-printing feature too, so be sure to stay tuned for that update coming. And for our beloved green bubble Android users, we're working to have this feature available for you too, later this year!

BUT WAIT... that's not all...

We have updates coming to double sided printing and maybe even mass print options coming soon.

2: Text Message Event Reminders

The RegFox Text Messaging Platform has a brand new feature that let's you automatically send text message reminders to your attendees before your event.

And before you keep scrolling past this update -- If you haven't activated text messaging in your RegFox account, you are missing out on a huge opportunity. Text messaging is the most powerful form of communication holding the highest engagement rate of any medium today. Adding text messaging communication to your event engagement strategy could be the best thing you do all year. And best of all, it's built right within RegFox and is always in sync with your attendee's experience. If you haven't checked out our texting platform, I give an end to end demo on it here.

But, back to text message reminders....

Our new Reminder Text Messages will let you elevate your event marketing and management by scheduling reminders and notifications before or after your event. You can even tailor messages based on attendees' registration options or purchase dates.

Reminder Messages can supercharge your event and boost revenue with last-minute notifications for event reminders, upgrade opportunities, sponsorship announcements, and more. Check out our full guide on how to use text message reminders here.

3. Dynamic Text Messages

This latest enhancement for text messaging allows you to send automated text messages to attendees based on certain triggers. Our first trigger we are offering is the ability to send a text message after an attendee has successfully arrived and checked in.

You can set the texts to send out minutes or days after an attendee has been checked in. This can be used to send coupons for on site use, or give special onsite instructions for specific sessions, or even send surveys and request for a Google or Yelp review after a visitor has attended your event.

And using our autoreply feature, you can ask for attendees to rate your event and send custom links based on their reply. With dynamic texts, you can send the right message, to the right people, at the right time. Check out our full guide on dynamic texts to automatically send messages after check-in.

4: Engage Attendee App Updates

We’re excited to share the latest updates to the Engage Attendee App, designed to enhance the event experience for both attendees and sponsors.

Here are some of the recent updates to the Engage Attendee App

➡️ Scan any attendee or sponsors badge to activate lead retrieval.

➡️ Updated location field for each session to be given exact specifics on where to attend each session.

➡️ Added details, sponsors, and images within sessions.

➡️ Revised sponsor and vendor onboarding to reduce steps, clicks, and eliminate email verification.

➡️ Improved attendee browsing with better pagination for larger events.

➡️ Faster and easier attendee profile creation.

➡️ A beautifully enhanced user experience with new visual updates.

If you haven't tried the Engage Attendee App for your event, it is currently offered for FREE during this first year. We don't know yet when that will change, but don't delay and try it on your upcoming event.

What else is coming?

Keep watching your inbox as we wrap up other work that is in progress. First up will by Dynamic Emails. This will allow you to send custom emails to specific registrant types after confirmation.

For example, if you want a custom email for certain registration options or for a given session with special instructions, you'll be able to do that and much more. Set the email to go out after registration, immediately or after a certain delay -- the choice is yours.

We're also working on an entire rewrite of our reporting, adding mass generating of CEU certificates, enhancing payment plans, and a lot more. If you have feature requests or suggestions for us, we're always happy to add it to the list.
