Meet Dynamic Emails! With this feature, you can automatically send targeted, customized emails to specific attendees right after they register, keeping the right people informed at just the right moment. Check out this short and sweet demo here.
So, how are automatic and targeted emails useful?
Well, many RegFox events offer numerous registration and sponsor options, as well as event experiences. Some of these selections need to include unique instructions or information just for those registrants (but not others). This can create a whole chore of messaging those registrants manually. But with Dynamic Emails, you can automate this communication to be sent out shortly after completing a registration which will only go to the appropriate attendees.
For a real world example, let's say you are offering a conference exhibitor package, those registrants may need to be guided on set up and tear down instructions, additional signage, and booth offerings. This is not the kind of thing you want to include in emails confirmations sent to all attendees. So, with Dynamic Emails, you can automate this communication to send it immediately after purchase only to the specified attendees.
Dynamic Emails are also useful for hyping up your event after purchase or sending followup offers. Think like when you book an airplane ticket and then you get an offer for a rental car a couple days later. You can set up an email to automatically get sent 48 hours after a registration to tell attendees to invite their friends, as well as include exciting offers and incentives.

Double Sided Badge Printing
You can now print double-sided badges using the RegFox Zebra printer integration! With double-sided templates, you can display all essential badge details while keeping the design visually appealing.
Double-sided badges can be printed directly from your RegFox account, the check-in app, or in kiosk mode when registering online via a Mac. PC compatibility is on the way, so stay tuned! Start creating your double-sided badge today!

Certificates for in Person Events
Soon, you’ll be able to issue certificates for in-person attendees in addition to virtual ones! If your event issues credits or units for continuing education purposes and are currently generating certificates manually, you might want to brace yourself for this update.
Soon, you'll be able to mass generate certificates for attendees and issue them official credits from your organization. Whether you give credit for attending the event or a specific session within your event, you'll be able to issue attendees a fully customizable certificate. Stay tuned for this exciting update!
Reporting and Exports Overhaul
With a nearly infinitely flexible system like in RegFox that allows modifications, upcharges, downgrades, payment plans, and partial refunds, detailed reconciling can take some extra effort. We have been working for months towards a new reporting upgrade that will allow granular reconciling for all things finance and inventory. We can't share all the details yet, but know that it is coming and on the way.
