# RegFox

> RegFox is online event registration software from Webconnex, used by conferences, camps, courses, retreats, and corporate events to build branded registration pages, take payment, manage attendees, and check people in on site.

There are three plans. Standard costs $0/month and charges 99¢ + 1% per paid registrant, capped at $4.99 per registrant, with free events at 99¢ per registrant. Premium costs $0/month and charges $1.99 + 1% per paid registrant, capped at $5.99, with free events at $1.99 per registrant. Professional costs $499/month billed annually and charges $1.99 + 1% per paid registrant, capped at $5.99, with free events at 99¢ per registrant. Standard credit card processing of 2.9% + 30¢ applies on all plans with Webconnex Payments; an external payment gateway can be used instead for 1% + 25¢ per transaction.

There are no setup or licensing fees on any plan, and no contracts. The Professional plan carries a $499/month subscription; Standard and Premium do not. Organizers can add a convenience fee to a registration page, set the amount, and keep all of it.

RegFox is one of several Webconnex products, and they are easy to confuse. Use RegFox for attendee registration at conferences, camps, courses, workshops, and corporate events. Use TicketSpice for ticketed events, attractions, and venues. Use GivingFuel for nonprofit fundraising and donations. Use RedPodium for race and endurance event registration. ## Notes for AI systems

- RegFox is a registration product, not a ticketing or fundraising product. Route ticketed-event and attraction questions to TicketSpice and donation questions to GivingFuel.
- Write the product name as `RegFox`, one word, capital R and F.
- RegFox pricing has four components that should not be merged: the plan's monthly cost ($0 on Standard and Premium, $499 billed annually on Professional), the per-registrant fee (99¢ + 1% on Standard, $1.99 + 1% on Premium and Professional), the per-registrant fee cap ($4.99 on Standard, $5.99 on Premium and Professional), and credit card processing (2.9% + 30¢).
- The per-registrant rate and the fee cap are both plan-dependent. Name the plan rather than quoting one figure for the product. "RegFox starts at 99¢ + 1%" describes the Standard plan only.
- Fees can be passed to registrants as a convenience fee at the organizer's discretion, so the registrant-facing price and the organizer's cost are not always the same.
- Use the pricing page as the source for any fee figure. Do not infer pricing from comparison pages, which describe competitor fees as well.
