1. Engage Attendee App!

In February, we introduced the Engage Attendee App, your personalized event companion featuring tailored schedules, networking, and lead retrieval. Since its release, we’ve listened to your feedback and rolled out exciting updates, including badge scanning for lead retrieval, detailed session locations, and enhanced session visuals with sponsor info. We’ve also streamlined sponsor onboarding, improved attendee browsing for large events, and made profile creation faster than ever—all wrapped up in a polished new interface.

2. Next-Level Customization: Badge Designer and Zebra Integration

Last year we raised the bar with our new visual badge designer, making it easy to create stunning, custom name badges with fonts, icons, sponsor logos, and more. This tool offers near-limitless customization and supports features like sample printing, manual search and print, and instant badge printing upon registration confirmation. And best of all we also updated or badge designer to seamlessly integrate with Zebra, one of the world’s top badge printer brands. Check out the demo video to see it all in action!

With the RegFox Zebra printer integration you can now also print double-sided badges allowing you to include all essential details while keeping the design sleek and visually appealing. Double-sided badges can be printed directly from your RegFox account, the check-in app, or kiosk mode when registering online via a Mac—PC compatibility is coming soon!

3. Check-In + Wireless Badge Printing: Faster, Smoother, Smarter

On-site badge printing got a major upgrade! The RegFox iOS check-in app now integrates wirelessly with Zebra badge printers, letting you print your custom-designed badges directly from the app.

This update streamlines check-in for a smoother, faster experience, and a self-check-in and printing feature is on the way—stay tuned! 4. Boost Engagement with Dynamic Texts!

Turn checked in registrations into instant action with Dynamic Text Messaging! This 2024 feature lets you fire off automated messages right when attendees check in. Whether it’s sending onsite coupons, vendor instructions, or follow-up surveys, you can schedule texts to go out minutes or days after a registrant has checked in. 5. Text Message Event Reminders!

Earlier this year we launched Reminder Text Messages! The ability to set reminders and notifications to go out before or after your event, tailored to your attendees registration selections. ✨ Behind the scenes with some amazing nerd magic, we revamped our text messaging tool to handle bigger text campaigns—because who doesn’t love sending epic texts at light speed?

🥸 Postmaster's backstage now! That's nerd talk for, we’ve completely overhauled how we send emails to keep up with the millions of emails events like you are sending. Emails are sending smoothly, quickly, and our email delivery has never been better!

🎯 User Permissions got dialed in! Now, users managing specific pages see only their customers in the Contacts Tab—streamlined, secure, and just right!
