Winback Emails — Never Miss a Registrant Again!

Winback emails compete for the title of our most requested feature. But when RegFox helps convert registration page visitors to buyers at a 22% rate—far surpassing the standard shopping cart 3% conversion rate, there hasn’t been much of a need for it.
But because we’re all about making sure you never miss a registration, the time has finally come to launch Win Back Emails. 🎉
Unlike traditional online registrations with endless pages, account creation, and other unnecessary backflips and hurdles, RegFox keeps it simple—no accounts, just one-page checkout if you wish with a focus on fast and easy registration completion.
However, registration abandonment can still happen. Perhaps someone got distracted, changed their mind, encountered uncertainty, or perhaps had their card declined. Winback emails allow you to send those buyers an email and lure them back to complete their registration.
Here's how it works: When more than 20 minutes has passed since a registrant has initiated checkout, RegFox will mark them abandoned and make them eligible for customized winback emails to lure them back.
